Swun Scholars receive either the Swun Silver Scholarship ($10,000) or the Swun Gold Scholarship ($20,000) to be disbursed over four years.

These scholarship funds support Swun Scholars in meeting the full cost of attendance at their school; funds are applied toward tuition and fees, room and board, books and supplies, and transportation and personal costs.

Swun Scholars are empowered throughout their college experience to reach their full potential in two primary areas: college success and career readiness (CSCR). The Swun Scholarship Program curriculum- the totality of Swun Scholar experiences- is comprised of monthly coaching sessions with a CSCR coach and engagement with a dynamic digital community platform where Scholars connect with one another and access custom-curated resources.

Each of these program elements are informed by and aligned with the agile and highly customizable CSCR Framework, which is built upon the most potent contributive factors to college success and career readiness. The framework is also supported by and infused with emotional intelligence- a foundational capacity- designed to further catalyze Scholar achievement in the primary areas of college success and career readiness.
